Behavioural Insight and report form the foundation of Career Coaching. Through collaborative sessions, individuals receive guidance in crafting strategic career plans aligned with their long-term career journey.

Overall Eligibility Criteria

The Continuous Professional Development Program is designed to support every candidate we successfully place with growth opportunities through: Transformative educational sponsorship programs, targeting learning, behavioral insight and coaching, enabling individuals to receive guidance in crafting strategic career plans aligned with their long-term goals.

Requirements for Participation:

To qualify, candidates must:

  • Successfully complete the full recruitment process.
  • Sign an employment contract with the designated client.
  • Maintain uninterrupted employment with the client for a minimum duration of four months.

Educational Sponsorship

The Educational Sponsorship Program provides funding for both formal and non-formal education to support the professional and personal development of candidates, their immediate family members, or a charity of their choice.

Funding Details:

  • Sponsorship Amount: The program offers a one-time funding allocation of up to R200,000.00 determined by the candidate's annual salary bracket.
  • Disbursement Conditions: Funds are disbursed as a single payment, contingent upon successful placement and the candidate maintaining continuous employment with the designated client for at least four months.
  • Eligible Institutions: Sponsorship funds are only available to South African registered educational institutions, and disbursement will occur only after verification of valid proof of registration.
  • Payment Process: All payments will be made directly to the educational institution; funds will not be disbursed to individuals.

Approved Uses of Funding:

The sponsorship can be utilized for the following purposes:

  • Early childhood development programs.
  • Schooling and post-school reskilling and upskilling initiatives.
  • NEET Programs (Not in Education, Employment, or Training initiatives).

Behavioral Insight, and Career Coaching

Converts behavioral assessment data into actionable insights and personalized recommendations for career and educational growth. Test batteries are selected by the designated client based on specific vacancy requirements.


1. Behavioral Insight, and Report

Behavioral assessment process:

  • All assessments and feedback adhere to the ethical guidelines of the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA), ensuring that consultations are strictly private and confidential between the client and the provider.
  • If a counselor is selected outside the Office of Talent Partner list, the professional or entity must meet the minimum HPCSA requirements to provide the service, safeguarding ethical and professional standards in delivery.
  • All candidates reaching the behavioral assessment stage are entitled to receive feedback and a report, regardless of appointment outcomes.
  • Reports for non-appointed candidates issued after the selected candidate is announced.

2. Career Coaching

Developmental career coaching process:

  • Available to candidates who have completed the recruitment process.
  • Signed an employment contract with the designated client.
  • Met the minimum employment duration requirement.

Coaching Sessions

  • Led by certified Psychologist and or Career Coaching Specialists from The Office of Talent's partner network.
  • All programs offered by the Office Of Talent are led by certified industry specialist and institutions with required years of experience and expertise in a given field.
  • All counseling sessions adhere to the ethical guidelines of the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA), ensuring that consultations are strictly private and confidential between the client and their chosen counselor.
  • If a counselor is selected outside the Office of Talent Partner List, the professional or entity must meet the minimum HPCSA requirements to provide the service, safeguarding ethical and professional standards in delivery.
  • Session Details
    • Range from a one-time alloation of up to 30 sessions, depending on the candidate's salary bracket.
    • Contingent upon successful placement and maintaining continuous employment for at least four months.
